Our Heavy Vehicle Compliance training modules provide a streamlined, modern solution for employee and contractor compliance training. Each module is delivered through the BTT Training Portal using secure, non-shareable training links. Modules can be completed on any device, at your own pace, with engaging video lessons and interactive assessments. This training supports Chain of Responsibility (CoR) primary duty obligations and ensures staff, managers, and operators have the knowledge they need to stay safe, legal, and competent in their roles. We also provide NHVAS Accreditation modules covering Mass, Maintenance, and Fatigue Management requirements supporting operators, schedulers, and managers in meeting their accreditation obligations.

This module provides a comprehensive overview of fatigue risks, causes and warning signs, roster and scheduling requirements, rest breaks, Work Diary essentials, and responsibilities under CoR. Practical scenarios confirm understanding, and a certificate is issued upon completion.
Mass and Dimension

This module covers legal limits, mass and dimension rules, equipment selection, restraint basics, route planning, weighbridge practices, and documentation requirements. Responsibilities for consignors, loaders and operators are clarified with practical tips to prevent breaches and penalties.
